Job summary

Touchstar Medical Enterprises Inc. in the Philippines seeks a dynamic Medical Device Sales Specialist to promote IVD products, lab equipment, reagents, and consumables to hospitals and laboratories.

You will identify and develop new business opportunities, conduct product presentations and negotiations, and prepare quotations while coordinating with technical teams for demonstrations and after-sales support. You will work to achieve sales targets and monitor market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Nursing, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Preferably with experience in medical equipment, IVD, laboratory diagnostics, or healthcare sales.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, goal-driven, and capable of meeting sales targets.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, travel, and visit clients within the assigned territory.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and preferably have experience driving a motorcycle or car.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell IVD products, laboratory equipment, reagents, and consumables to hospitals and laboratories.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
• Conduct product presentations, client visits, and sales negotiations.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other required sales documents.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and monitor sales performance.
• Coordinate with the Application, Engineering, and Technical teams for product demonstrations, installation, and after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare regular sales reports and perform other duties as assigned by Management.
