Job summary

CXC seeks an experienced Ivalua Consultant to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of Ivalua S2P solutions for clients. You will configure modules, gather requirements, and drive procurement process improvements.

The role requires strong project management, analytical, and communication skills to deliver on-time, quality solutions and to train users effectively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years implementing or supporting Ivalua solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on Ivalua functionalities and features to optimize procurement workflows and improve efficiency.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely solutions during and after implementation.
• Facilitate user training sessions and create detailed documentation to ensure successful adoption.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on Ivalua platform developments and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
