Job summary

KPMG R.G. Manabat & Co. in Makati seeks an IVALUA Consultant to lead end-to-end Ivalua implementations from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.

You will conduct workshops with Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contract Management, and Accounts Payable teams, and configure modules like SIM, Sourcing, Contract Management, P2P, and Invoicing. Collaboration with stakeholders on requirements and ERP integrations is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2+ years of procurement technology or S2P/P2P experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring Ivalua modules (SIM, Sourcing, Contract Management, P2P, Invoicing).
• Experience integrating ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics) is a plus.

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end Ivalua implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.

• Conduct business process workshops with Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contract Management, and Accounts Payable teams.

• Analyze current-state processes and design future-state Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions within the Ivalua platform.

• Configure Ivalua modules including Supplier Information Management (SIM), Sourcing, Contract Management, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Invoicing.

• Build and maintain workflows, approval matrices, forms, business rules, notifications, and security roles.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document functional and technical requirements.

• Support integration design and testing with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Microsoft Dynamics.

Qualifcations:

• 1 to 2+ years of experience in procurement technology, Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or Ivalua implementations.

• Hands-on experience configuring one or more Ivalua modules: Supplier Information Management (SIM) Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, eProcurement, Invoice Management, Spend Management

• Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, etc.)
