Vbank in Pasig, part of Vigan Banco Rural Incorporada, seeks an IT Vendor Manager to oversee relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and third-party partners. You will ensure delivery of IT products and services in line with contracts, regulatory requirements, security standards, and business objectives.
You will monitor vendor performance, manage SLAs, coordinate contract negotiations, renewals, and regulatory compliance with BSP.
The IT Vendor Manager is responsible for managing the Bank's relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and third-party partners. The role ensures that IT products and services are delivered in accordance with contractual agreements, regulatory requirements, security standards, and business objectives. The position also oversees vendor performance, contract administration, procurement coordination, risk assessment, and compliance with BSP regulations and internal Bank policies. From time to time, the role may be required to undertake additional tasks and frequency that may not be specified in this description.
Manage and maintain relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations.
Coordinate vendor selection, due diligence, contract negotiations, renewals, and termination processes.
Oversee third-party risk assessments and ensure compliance with BSP regulations, information security standards, and data privacy requirements.
Track IT contracts, software licenses, maintenance agreements, and vendor documentation.
Review vendor invoices, manage IT-related expenditures, and support budget planning and cost optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with IT, Compliance, Risk Management, Procurement, Legal, and Business Units on vendor-related matters.
Support regulatory examinations, internal audits, and compliance reviews involving outsourced IT services and technology providers.
Ensure vendors meet the Bank's cybersecurity, operational, and service delivery requirements.
Prepare reports and recommendations on vendor performance, risks, costs, and improvement opportunities.
At least 5–10 years of relevant IT experience.
At least 3–5 years in an IT supervisory or management position.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in banking, fintech, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
Experience with banking applications, infrastructure, cloud, networking, databases, cybersecurity, or digital platforms.
Certifications related to the position.
