Job summary

You will oversee data platforms, governance, and security while guiding BI, data science, and ML efforts. Collaboration with leadership and business units will be essential to embed data into products and processes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, or AI leadership.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and governance in regulated industries.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the enterprise data and AI roadmap.
• Promote a data-driven culture across the organization.
• Oversee data infrastructure, cloud platforms, integrations, and data quality.
• Ensure strong data security and regulatory compliance.
• Lead BI, analytics, and data science teams.
• Implement AI/ML solutions such as fraud detection, risk scoring, and customer analytics.
• Track and measure business impact of analytics initiatives.
• Work with leadership to embed data into products and processes.
• Strengthen data governance and privacy frameworks.
• Ensure responsible and ethical AI use.
• Manage and develop data and analytics teams.
• Promote collaboration and data literacy.
