Job summary

HRTx Inc in Pasay is seeking an accomplished IT executive to lead the company’s technology agenda. You will develop and execute an enterprise IT strategy that supports growth and competitive advantage.

You will drive digital transformation across AI, cloud, automation, and data analytics, oversee governance, cybersecurity, risk, and compliance, and mentor AVPs and senior leaders to build a high-performing tech organization; this is a full onsite role with dayshift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years IT leadership, including 5+ years in senior executive role.
• Proven success in digital transformation with AI, cloud, cybersecurity.
• Experience leading AVPs and senior leaders in large organizations.
• Strong strategic, financial, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth priorities.
• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, leveraging AI, cloud, automation, and data analytics to drive innovation and operational excellence.
• Oversee IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, and business continuity across the organization.
• Lead and develop high-performing technology teams, including AVPs and senior leaders, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage IT operations, budgets, vendor partnerships, and technology investments to ensure scalable, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of IT leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role within a large, complex organization.
• Proven success leading digital transformation programs with expertise in AI, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and technology modernization.
• Demonstrated experience managing AVPs, senior leaders, and large multi-functional technology teams.
• Strong strategic leadership, financial acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to drive business-focused technology outcomes.
