Maxim De Humana - Batangas Branch is seeking a Lead IT & Digital professional to translate global IT strategy into local plans, manage the full IT lifecycle, and collaborate with Manufacturing, SCM and support functions to drive digital transformation.

The role requires strong English, cross-functional leadership, and a proven ability to align IT initiatives with business goals while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in leading IT infrastructure, systems development, digital transformation, and data management.
• Strong business acumen with experience in resource-constrained environments and aligning IT initiatives with business strategy.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects in a global, multicultural context.
• Solid understanding of regulatory IT requirements and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English; Japanese advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and emerging digital technologies.

Responsibilities

• Translate and implement the global IT strategy into local operational plans and initiatives aligned with business growth and objectives.
• Manage full IT lifecycle including infrastructure, applications, system development, and support to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure services.
• Collaborate closely with business units to provide tailored IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive digital transformation locally.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Philippine subsidiary and the global IT & Digital department in Japan, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on initiatives, standards, and policies.
• Partner with global and regional teams on defining and executing data management strategies, focusing on data integrity, analytics, and compliance.
• Oversee IT governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance in accordance with local laws and internal.
• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical IT assets and systems.
• Manage local IT budget and procurement processes in coordination with global finance teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to adopt new technologies and IT best practices that support business innovation and cost optimization.
• Provide clear reporting on IT performance metrics and progress on strategic objectives to senior management.
• Participate as a leadership member in global and local IT forums, contributing to strategic discussions and knowledge sharing.
