Job summary

Mavuno Technology Institute in Manila City, Metro Manila, is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to design, develop and deliver high-quality workplace training and assessment programmes. This full-time role focuses on developing engaging content, delivering sessions to diverse learners, and ensuring measurable outcomes aligned with industry standards.

Applicants should have an Australian Cert 4 in Training and Assessment plus an Australian Cert 4 or Diploma in IT, with 2–3 years of relevant

Qualifications

• Australian Cert 4 in Training and Assessment is required.
• Australian Cert 4 or Diploma in IT is required.
• 2-3 years of workplace training, delivery, or assessment experience.
• Experience designing and delivering training content across sectors.
• Proficiency with LMS and training administration tools.
• Strong presentation and English communication skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programmes tailored to client needs and industry requirements.
• Deliver engaging training sessions to learners across skill levels.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps and propose learning solutions.
• Prepare training materials including presentations and case studies.
• Assess progress and competency against objectives and standards.
• Maintain records of training delivery, attendance and outcomes.
• Collect feedback and improve programmes accordingly.
• Collaborate with SMEs to keep content current and relevant.
• Support certification of participants after completion.
• Identify opportunities for training innovation and enhancements.
