Qualifications

10+ years of experience in test analysis and design

Banking or financial services experience is an advantage
Familiarity with testing models (CMMi, TMMi, TMAP) is a plus
Testing certifications (ISTQB, ISEB, TMAP) preferred

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction across all testing activities
Define overall test strategy, plans, and objectives
Oversee all testing phases: SIT, UAT, Security, Performance, ORT, and Migration
Ensure proper allocation of resources, including team, environments, tools, and data
Review and approve test plans and test cases for quality and completeness
Monitor testing timelines, risks, and progress to meet project milestones
Report overall testing status to stakeholders and drive issue resolution
Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and business units
Establish and enhance testing frameworks, standards, and processes
Contribute to continuous improvement and post-implementation reviews

Job Summary

The Test Manager leads end-to-end testing for system implementations, ensuring quality delivery across all testing phases, including SIT, UAT, Security, Performance, Operational Readiness, and Data Migration. This role drives test strategy, execution, and governance to support successful and timely project releases.
