Job summary

• Ability to establish testing frameworks and processes.
• Experience coordinating with Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers and SMEs.
• Experience tracking test metrics and defect lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Ensure systems are delivered with high quality, minimal defects, and controlled production risks.
• Establish and continuously improve testing frameworks, standards, and processes.
• Manage testing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to support successful project outcomes.
• Provide assurance that functional and non-functional requirements are validated against defined business needs.
• Collaborate with BAs, Solution Architects, Developers, and SMEs to ensure test coverage.
• Drive test environment readiness, including data preparation, environment coordination, and schedule management.
• Validate test cases aligning to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee defect lifecycle and triage with development teams.
• Evaluate testing tools, automation opportunities and quality initiatives.
• Support UAT governance and provide guidance and training.
• Track and communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to project managers.
