Job Description
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues while ensuring timely resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Assist in the implementation of new technology solutions and upgrades.
- Maintain documentation of support activities and user inquiries for future reference.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT technical support or a similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in night shift operations
- General network knowledge (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, network troubleshooting)
- Minimum 4–5 years of IT Support experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Desktop/Field Support
