Asticom in Makati City is seeking a Recruitment Specialist for IT roles on a contract basis. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring candidates meet technical requirements and align with our values and culture.

You will partner with IT managers, manage job postings across platforms, screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate schedules, and build a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Formación

• Proven experience recruiting IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of IT job titles and tech skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing and identifying IT candidates through multiple channels.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews for technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Managing job postings and ensuring accurate descriptions.
• Building a talent pool for current and future IT opportunities.
• Conducting background checks and reference verification.
• Tracking recruitment metrics and reporting outcomes.
• Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies throughout hiring.
