Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows-based systems and AD environments.
• Familiarity with Exchange/Office 365 management and security tooling.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident response capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain and manage applications and systems for 24/7 uptime.
• Coordinate with global IT teams (LA HQ, Asia/Europe offices) for incidents and deployments.
• Handle software packaging/deployment and AV console administration as needed.
• Act as IT point of contact with clients during calls and meetings.
• Provide escalation support for major outages and client support with on-call rotations.
• Manage Active Directory maintenance, audits, and login scripts.
• Test software for different clients and stay updated on new tech solutions.

Job Overview
The IT System Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the systems’ uptime from a technical support standpoint. He or she will be managing different applications that support our day-to-day operation. In some instances, there must be coordinated efforts with our technical teams in our Los Angeles headquarters, and Asia/Europe offices.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Support, maintain and manage the following applications, but not limited to the listed since it will depend on the business need to add/remove if needed.
• Software Packaging/Deployment
• VDI management o macOS enterprise management
• Antivirus console administration
• MFA o Exchange/O365 management
• Support the production and back-office areas, ensuring 24/7 systems uptime for all users.
• Supporting in-house Microsoft Windows, based software as well as client-based systems.
• Participation, including assuming the role of overall IT point of contact with clients on conference calls and face-to-face meetings.
• Act as escalation point of contact with occasional 24/7 on-call support for major outages and client support
• Active Directory Management & cleanup Internal / External Audits - Remediation actions. Login Scripts
• PAC File administration management & maintenance Software Testing for different clients.
• Be knowledgeable on new/improving tech solutions. Organizational enhancement/development and be able to provide feedback/report to upper management
