Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an IT Support professional to provide technical assistance to internal and external clients, coordinate with 3rd party vendors, and manage IT maintenance documentation. You will deploy IT resources, perform proactive and post-activity maintenance, and support the rollout of new applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of PC/endpoint devices, networks, servers, and the ability to document technical reports clearly.

Qualifications

• Clear understanding of setup and troubleshooting of various IT systems (PC or endpoint devices, network, servers and other IT equipment).
• Strong business acumen with interest in up-to-date technologies and trends.
• Good verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation skills and customer service.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Study and plan IT resources needed in line with company direction and needs.
• Acquire, setup and deploy IT resources as well as changes on the IT resource.
• Pro-active maintenance to prevent unavailability or failure on IT resource.
• Post-active maintenance to solve problems and minimize stoppage on operation.
• Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, operating system and application.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, network, printer and server.
• Communicate with staff through a series of action to set up the system or resolve the issue.
• Troubleshoot network and system including diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults.
• Support the roll out of new application.
• Manage PC set up and deployment to new employee.
