You will handle network and security management, monitor servers, support logistics software, and train staff on proper system use.

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS and 1–2 years IT support; familiarity with Windows/Linux, ERP/logistics systems, SQL basics, and cybersecurity is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 1–2 years IT Tech Support experience (preferably in logistics/brokerage/operations).

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for brokerage-related systems (documentation, shipment tracking, client portals).
• Manage LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and firewall configuration.
• Assist in maintaining servers, networks and IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Provide first-level technical support to employees and train on proper system use.
• Assist in developing user guides and IT process documentation.
• Ensure data integrity of operational and client databases; perform backups and recovery tests.
• Assist in generating system-based reports for management.
