Job summary

Philux, Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an IT and Administrative professional to install, configure, and maintain networks across offices, factory, and showrooms.

The role also covers admin and housekeeping tasks to support day-to-day operations, including handling inquiries and ensuring office efficiency. Candidates should have a BS IT or related degree and knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and CCTV.

Qualifications

• BS Information Technology or related degree is required.
• Knowledge in IT infrastructure management including networks, POS systems, and CCTV.
• Experience in Policy Development and Information Security Systems.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain networks in all locations (offices, factory, showrooms).
• Manage software licenses and user accounts; set up email for employees.
• Set up, maintain and monitor network switches; provide IT support to minimize downtime.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems across facilities.
• Support Google Workspace accounts and user troubleshooting.
• Assist in creating IT regulations and standards for IT devices usage.
• Maintain records of network setups and hardware configurations.
• Attend to service requests from offices and showrooms.
