Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in IT support or system administration, a Bachelor's in IT/CS, strong problem-solving skills, and security awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a four-year course.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role.
• Experience in IT asset management, user account administration, and security protocols.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting various operating systems and IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure laptops, including operating systems, drivers, and essential software.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues; perform system upgrades and optimizations.
• Maintain and manage IT assets, ensuring proper inventory, lifecycle tracking, and accountability.
• Deploy and configure devices for new employees, providing basic IT orientation.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and security settings across IT systems.
• Manage cloud and on-premise environments, ensuring system availability, security, and compliance.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Ensure adherence to IT policies, cybersecurity best practices, and conduct user training as needed.
