Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Digital Solutions Assistant Manager to support the Digital Solutions Manager and lead assigned application development and enhancement projects.

You will translate business requirements into technology solutions, coordinate developers, vendors, and business users, monitor timelines and risks, support testing and deployments, identify opportunities for automation, and ensure IT governance and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in application/digital solutions.
• Experience managing technology projects or development teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Support the Digital Solutions Manager in managing digital initiatives.
• Lead assigned application development and enhancement projects.
• Translate business requirements into technology solutions.
