Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring preventive maintenance and system reliability.
• Administer firewall devices, NAS, file servers, backups, shared storage systems, and CCTV connectivity.
• Oversee IT asset management and coordinate with vendors for procurement and support.
• Implement and support business systems and technology upgrades to improve efficiency.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Operate effectively in small to medium-sized company environments or stand-alone IT setups.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in IT support, network administration, systems administration, or infrastructure support.
• Strong background in troubleshooting, network management, and system maintenance.
• Experience with enterprise-level storage, backups, and security systems.
• Advantageous experience in independent IT setups or SMEs.

Preferred Certifications (not required)

• CompTIA Network+
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
