Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or vocational course in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT support, technical support, or infrastructure support is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and support WiFi, network devices, routers, and internet connections.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV systems and related devices.
• Provide technical support for office and warehouse users.
• Perform hardware and software installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Respond to IT-related concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain IT inventory and equipment records.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary.
• Ensure proper system functionality and minimize operational downtime.
• Assist in setting up workstations, user accounts, and company devices.
