• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field preferred.

• Experience in network/internet troubleshooting

• Able to develop and maintain software or internal tools

• Able to build or maintain practical business tools-not only theoretical projects-and troubleshoot production issues logically.

• Familiar with API integration, webhooks, database queries, authentication/access control and basic deployment practices.

• Experience with AI-assisted development, automation platforms or messaging-bot development is an advantage.

• Strong research, debugging, documentation and problem-solving skills with attention to data security.

• Portfolio, code samples or demonstrable previous systems/automation results are preferred.
