Job summary

OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. in Metro Manila is seeking an IT IAM support specialist to manage user accounts, access rights, and directory services in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.

You will configure computers, process access requests, and conduct regular access audits while maintaining IAM forms and procedures. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field.
• Certifications in Microsoft 365 MS-900 and MS-102.
• Provide technical support and resolve user queries.
• Knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
• Excellent English communication.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Full-time positions available.
• Onsite reporting in Ortigas, Pasig City or Cubao, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and delete user accounts and access rights in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Ensure that users have appropriate access based on their roles, as requested by the site contact for each customer.
• Maintain and manage directory services to ensure accurate and secure user information.
• Configure computers according to customer requirements.
• Process access requests from users, ensuring they are properly authorized and documented.
• Conduct regular access audits to confirm that users have the correct level of access and address any discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain customer forms and checklists in accordance with Identity and Access Management processes.
• Provide technical support to users encountering access issues and resolve any problems related to IAM.
• Stay up to date with current technologies through ongoing study and certifications.
• Accurately record time spent on all work performed in Autotask.
