• Certification in IT fundamentals or CompTIA A+ certification is required.
• Experience in a help desk or IT support role with problem-resolution track record.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
• Experience with common software applications and email systems.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain tech clearly.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with patience and user satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with IT team.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain and update IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and software.
• Assist with user account management and access control.
• Monitor and manage IT assets including inventory and lifecycle.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patches.
• Support IT policy implementation across the organisation.
