Job summary

OPPO Philippines is seeking an IT Staff to join our technical support team. The role covers initial troubleshooting for Windows/macOS, hardware setup, and software management using Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.

You will handle help desk tickets, escalate complex issues as needed, deploy devices, manage Active Directory accounts, and maintain asset inventories. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, supporting a collaborative IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact for technical support requests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
• Resolve help desk tickets within agreed timeframes.
• Escalate complex problems to IT Manager.
• Deployment & Maintenance: Configure and deploy employee laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Install, update, and license company-approved software.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions in Active Directory.
• CCTV and Door Access troubleshooting.
• Do site visits from time to time.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all physical hardware assets.
• Training & Documentation: Guide new hires through initial technology setup and orientation.
• Create simple instructions for common user issues.
• Document all technical solutions within the ticketing system.
