Kavi Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Junior IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support and maintain IT infrastructure. • 2 years in an IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, or Service Desk role.
• Proficient in Windows and Linux server administration.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Understanding of the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
• Experience maintaining hardware inventories and onboarding/offboarding logs.
• Experience assembling, upgrading, and basic hardware troubleshooting for PCs and laptops.
• Foundational provisioning in AD, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Solid grasp of IP addressing, DHCP reservation, and local DNS troubleshooting.
• Foundational provisioning in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace.

Nice to Have

• Strong troubleshooting skills under high-pressure situations.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
