Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Systems Administration or Senior IT Support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Working knowledge of Azure administration and Intune for device management.
• Familiarity with Windows Autopilot, security/compliance posture, and patching processes.
• Strong documentation and communication skills; able to support a global user base.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior escalation point for complex workstation, server, and network issues.
• Administer Microsoft Intune, enrollment, compliance policies, and deployments.
• Support Windows Autopilot provisioning and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
• Monitor server health, performance, patches, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Support Microsoft Azure services including VMs, storage, networking, identity, and DR.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID).
• Handle user provisioning/deprovisioning, licenses, MFA, and CA policies.
• Patch workstation and server environments while upholding security standards.
• Provide support across the U.S., Malaysia, and the Philippines; maintain IT docs and SOPs.
• Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements.

We are looking for a hands-on and highly experienced Senior Systems Administrator to support the reliability, security, and performance of workstation, server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and endpoint environments.

This role serves as a senior technical resource within IT Operations, providing advanced infrastructure support, managing endpoint and server administration, supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure services, and ensuring compliance with established IT standards and processes.

The ideal candidate is a senior individual contributor who thrives in technical troubleshooting, infrastructure reliability, security compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement.

What Is Your Mission?

You will provide exceptional service to our partner brands by:

• Acting as a senior escalation point for complex workstation, server, network, application, and user access issues
• Administering Microsoft Intune, device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployments
• Supporting Windows Autopilot provisioning and endpoint lifecycle management
• Administering Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, File Services, and related services
• Monitoring server health, performance, availability, patching, upgrades, and maintenance
• Supporting Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, identity, security, backup, and disaster recovery
• Administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID
• Managing user provisioning, deprovisioning, access, licenses, MFA, Conditional Access, and device compliance
• Executing workstation and server patching activities while maintaining security and operational standards
• Supporting users and infrastructure across the United States, Malaysia, and the Philippines
• Maintaining IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
• Identifying recurring issues and recommending improvements to IT processes and systems

Requirements

Who Are We Looking For?

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, or Senior IT Support roles
• Strong hands-on experience supporting:
• Windows 10/11
• Windows Server
• Microsoft 365
• Active Directory
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure administration
• Practical experience with endpoint management tools, preferably Microsoft Intune
• Experience supporting both workstation and server environments
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues involving operating systems, applications, networking, hardware, and infrastructure
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable supporting a global user base with U.S. time overlap

Flexible Requirements

• Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certification strongly preferred
• Experience supporting hybrid on-premises and Azure environments
• Experience supporting remote or distributed workforces
• Exposure to Windows Autopilot
• Experience with endpoint security tools such as Microsoft Defender, Sophos, NinjaOne, or similar platforms
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Interest in continued technical growth in cloud, infrastructure, and systems administration
