Job summary

Lennor Group’s PaxSigna division is seeking an IT Helpdesk/Support Specialist for onsite work in the Cavite Economic Zone. The role focuses on delivering end-user computing support, incident resolution, and asset management to sustain manufacturing IT operations.

The candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, deploy devices, and coordinate with IT teams and vendors. A bachelor’s degree in IT and hands-on AD, ServiceNow, and Windows experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting LAN, network infrastructure, servers, and PCs.
• At least 1 year of experience with networking technologies and Microsoft-based systems.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting Active Directory and servers in production.
• Experience using Service Desk tools such as ServiceNow.
• Experience supporting wired and wireless networks, including design and implementation.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, Outlook, Office, AD, DHCP.
• Experience deploying end-user devices (desktops, laptops, mobile).
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support to internal users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and server issues.
• Record, track, monitor, escalate, and close incidents through the Service Desk system.
• Deliver desktop and end-user support for PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, update, maintain, and repair IT equipment and devices.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for servers and network infrastructure as required.
• Deploy new computers and manage PC replacements and asset inventories.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate with IT teams to prioritize requests.
• Collaborate with IT vendors and Purchasing for procurement of hardware and resources.
• Assist onboarding and IT orientation, and end-user training for required systems.
• Ensure IT operations comply with policies, standards, and safety requirements.
