Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an IT Application Analyst to own incidents from initial triage through resolution. You will troubleshoot with internal teams and vendors, manage daily queues, and monitor performance. The role emphasizes continuous improvement of enterprise applications and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

Experience in Application Support or IT support roles.
Strong understanding of ITIL Incident/Problem/Change management.
Experience with ITSM or Service Desk platforms.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work a rotating 24/7 on-call roster.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of application incidents from triage to resolution.
Troubleshoot and escalate issues with internal teams and vendors.
Manage daily support queues and ensure timely SLA-compliant resolutions.
Monitor performance, drive incident investigations, and implement fixes.
Support enhancements, testing, audits, and continuous improvement.
