Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Makati is seeking a dedicated IT Supervisor to join our pre-opening team. Reporting to the IT Manager, this role ensures smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel’s technology systems and provides frontline support to colleagues and guests.

You will assist with system maintenance, network and cybersecurity initiatives, and help implement MOHG standards across IT functions as we prepare for opening in Manila.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with hardware, software and network issue resolution.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and data privacy compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced pre-opening environment.

Responsibilities

• IT Operations & Support: Deliver daily IT support to colleagues and guests; troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues; escalate when needed.
• Audio Visual & Event Technology: Provide IT and AV support for meetings and events; assist with setup.
• Team & Resource Support: Assist IT Manager in scheduling and training; guide colleagues on IT processes.
