What You’ll Do
- Keep IT systems running smoothly. Maintain office networks, servers, internet connectivity, and cloud resources to support reliable day‑to‑day operations, including systems supporting data pipelines and reporting platforms.
- Support essential business applications. Maintain the infrastructure supporting SAP Business One so the Finance team can carry out its daily activities.
- Coordinate IT support. Track and prioritize support requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and keep employees informed through timely updates and resolution.
- Manage IT assets and subscriptions. Maintain accurate records of equipment, assigned users, locations, and asset values. Monitor provisioning, renewals, replacement needs, and resource usage.
- Protect systems and information. Review user activity and access permissions, ensure timely access removal, and help develop, implement, and monitor security policies in coordination with senior IT leadership.
- Guide the IT Specialist. Assign priorities, provide technical guidance and coaching, and monitor work quality and performance.
- Coordinate with colleagues and vendors. Work with Finance, People Operations, Administration, department heads, and service providers to address technology needs and support business continuity.
- Improve IT service delivery. Strengthen support workflows, asset management practices, and operational standards. Help introduce tools and processes that improve efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT operations, infrastructure, systems administration, or technical support, with experience guiding colleagues, coordinating IT activities, or supervising a team.
- Practical knowledge of network infrastructure, server administration, cloud environments, and enterprise applications such as SAP Business One.
- Understanding of information security, user access controls, and IT compliance practices.
- Experience with IT support workflows, asset tracking, and operational process improvements.
- Strong planning and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to prioritize requests, manage resources, and coordinate multiple activities.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical concerns to colleagues from different departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experienced IT Specialists and System Administrators with demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience are encouraged to apply.
