10.28 Business Consultancy - SAP Business One is seeking a Senior Business Application Consultant to support SAP B1 implementations and continuous improvement. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, conduct trainings, manage documentation, and ensure timely project deliverables.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to travel to client sites for BPA, UAT, EUT, and Go-Live activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 2 to 5 years experience in related profession.
• Solid knowledge on Core SAP Business One or any SAP module.
• Consultant-level expertise in SAP B1, including advanced system configuration & implementation capabilities.
• Strong skills on Data Management & Migration.
• Ability to explain complex SAP Business One processes in simple, business-friendly terms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct BPA to assess and understand client requirements.
• Facilitate UAT to ensure system readiness and client satisfaction.
• Deliver End Users Training (EUT) to ensure efficient system usage.
• Provide Go-Live support and address post-implementation concerns.
• Participate in Project Kick-Off and Status Meetings to communicate progress.

• Make informed decisions to resolve complex issue logs and roadblocks.

Brief Description of the Role:

As a Senior Business Application Consultant, your primary responsibility is supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP Business One by coordinating with clients and internal teams, conducting trainings, managing documentation, and ensuring timely project deliverables.

The ideal candidate will possess effective communication skills and smooth execution skills of each project phase. Additionally, you need to have active listening to fully understand client needs, and strong problem-solving mindset when users encounter system issues.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct Business Process Analysis (BPA) to assess and understand client requirements

• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system readiness and client satisfaction

• Deliver End Users Training (EUT) to ensure efficient system usage by client staff

• Provide Go-Live support and address post-implementation concerns

• Participate in Project Kick-Off and Status Meetings to communicate progress and align expectations

• Analyze and map client business processes to align with system capabilities
