Job summary

Filoil Logistics Corporation seeks an experienced IT Administrator & SAP Cloud Operations Specialist to oversee daily IT operations and support SAP S/4HANA Cloud (RISE with SAP).

The role spans IT infrastructure, cloud systems, cybersecurity, user support, SAP functional operations, ABAP development, SAP BTP, and system integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, CE or related field.
• 4+ years IT administration, infrastructure or systems support.
• 3+ years SAP S/4HANA Cloud experience, preferably RI SE with SAP.
• Strong knowledge of networks, Windows/Linux, cloud, cybersecurity, IAM.
• Hands-on ABAP/ABAP OO, CDS, OData, Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP and integrations.
• Familiar with SAP business processes such as P2P, O2C and R2R.
• SAP, Microsoft Azure, CompTIA or ITIL certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, firewalls, VPN, servers, cloud platforms, and M365.
• Administer AD/Entra ID, user access, SSO, and cybersecurity controls.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and coordinate with IT vendors.
• Support SAP S/4HANA Cloud operations, configuration, workflows, and processes.
• Manage SAP user roles, authorizations, SoD, releases, testing, and updates.
• Develop SAP solutions using ABAP, CDS, OData, Fiori/UI5, and SAP BTP.
• Manage SAP and third‑party integrations using SAP Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, and OData.
• Coordinate with SAP ECS and other SAP teams for issues and service requests.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator & SAP Cloud Operations Specialist to manage daily IT operations while supporting our SAP S/4HANA Cloud (RISE with SAP) environment.

The role covers IT infrastructure, cloud systems, cybersecurity, user support, SAP functional operations, ABAP development, SAP BTP, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, firewalls, VPN, servers, cloud platforms, and Microsoft 365.

• Administer Active Directory/Entra ID, user access, SSO, and cybersecurity controls.

• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and coordinate with IT vendors.

• Support SAP S/4HANA Cloud operations, configuration, workflows, and business processes.

• Manage SAP user roles, authorizations, SoD, releases, testing, and system updates.

• Develop SAP solutions using ABAP, CDS, OData, Fiori/UI5, and SAP BTP.

• Manage SAP and third-party integrations using SAP Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, and OData.

• Coordinate with SAP ECS and other SAP support teams for system issues and service requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

• 4+ years of IT administration, infrastructure, or systems support experience.

• 3+ years of SAP S/4HANA Cloud experience, preferably RISE with SAP.

• Strong knowledge of networks, Windows/Linux, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and IAM.

• Hands-on experience with ABAP/ABAP OO, CDS, OData, Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, and integrations.

• Knowledge of SAP business processes such as P2P, O2C, and R2R.

• Experience with SAP ECS and the RISE with SAP Shared Responsibility Model is an advantage.

• SAP, Microsoft Azure, CompTIA, or ITIL certifications are a plus.

Work Conditions

• Office-based at FLC Head Office.

• May require occasional after-hours maintenance and on‑call support for critical IT or SAP incidents.
