Job summary

PCWORX in Olongapo is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations on-site. You will manage staff, ensure policy compliance, coordinate training, and drive performance while maintaining stock display and timely reporting.

The role suits a candidate with 1–3 years of supervisory experience and a degree in a related field. The position requires strong verbal and written communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably IT-related
• With relevant experience, especially in supervisory
• Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software (CRM/ERP)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Organize workflow and ensure employees understand duties
• Monitor productivity and provide coaching
• Receive complaints and resolve problems
• Disseminate information from Store Manager to employees
• Ensure company policies are implemented and disciplinary actions when needed
• Ensure reports are submitted on time
• Maintain good merchandise display at all times
• Cascade memos and ensure implementation
• Ensure scheduled trainings (online or in person) are attended
• Create a harmonious working environment
• Coach staff and raise concerns to Store Manager
• Attend to in-store and online inquiries promptly
• Create promotions for aging and current items
• Prepare staff schedule and DTR
• Approve branch pull-outs in the absence of the Store Manager

Qualifications:
