Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking an IT Support Staff to provide first-level IT support for warehouse operations during the graveyard shift, ensuring the continuous operation of warehouse systems.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues on devices such as handheld scanners, barcode printers, printers, PCs, and Wi‑Fi access points, and document solutions for continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Basic understanding of hardware troubleshooting and familiarity with networking concepts is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to warehouse staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to warehouse management systems, handheld scanners, and barcode printers.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance for workstations, printers, Wi-Fi access points, and other network devices.
• Troubleshoot networking issues including Wi-Fi, routers, and access points.
• Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and preventive actions taken.
• Report recurring issues and suggest improvements to streamline warehouse IT operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues to ensure the continuous functionality of warehouse systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide prompt, first-level IT support to warehouse staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to warehouse management systems, handheld scanners, and barcode printers.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance for warehouse workstations, printers, Wi-Fi access points, and other network devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic networking issues, including Wi-Fi connectivity, routers, access points.
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and preventive actions taken.
• Report recurring issues and recommend improvements to streamline warehouse IT operations.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
