Job summary

Lawson Philippines Inc is seeking an IT Support - Level 1 to assist retail stores, head office, and warehouse users via the IT ticketing system.

You will troubleshoot basic hardware/software, perform connectivity checks, and support IT deployment and vendor interactions. Fresh graduates are welcome; willingness to travel to stores when required.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any related course (Computer Engineer, Information Technology or similar).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Average knowledge in Microsoft applications.
• Willingness to travel to stores when required.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS and basic system administration.
• Basic knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Basic network fundamentals (LAN, internet connectivity, basic routing).
• Familiarity with ticketing/helpdesk systems.
• Experience with printers, POS, and peripheral devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

2. Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, POS, printer, handheld device, and network/connectivity issues.

3. Perform basic connectivity and functionality checks and elevate application or system issues when required.

4. IT Deployment, Store Opening & Vendor Support

5. Maintain accurate IT asset records, including tagging, inventory, deployment, and equipment returns.

II. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
