Responsibilities

• Extract and organize data from company databases and other sources.
• Develop and maintain automated reports for the Sales & Marketing Department.
• Use basic programming and scripting to process data and generate reports.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist in report creation, data analysis, and workflow automation.
• Create dashboards, charts, and summaries to present data clearly and effectively.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all reports and data outputs.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to understand reporting requirements and business needs.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting tasks.
• Maintain data security and confidentiality at all times.
• Provide technical support related to reporting systems and data management.
• Other task as needed related to the Department
