Job summary

INGCOPH TRADERS INC is seeking a data analytics professional to drive process improvements and operational analytics. You will build dashboards, translate business requirements for Laravel and ERP modules, and ensure data accuracy across systems.

You will collaborate with IT and operations to monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven solutions that enhance procurement, fleet, warehousing, and maintenance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Analytics, data analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• With at least 1 year of relevant work experience in data analytics, business process analysis, operations analytics, or a related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/reporting tools.
• Experience with Power BI, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of SQL, databases, and data structures.
• Experience working with Laravel, ERP systems, or other business management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities.
• Knowledge of process documentation, SOP development, KPI monitoring, and workflow analysis.
• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and validation skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with IT, developers, and different operational departments.
• Willing to work fully onsite in South Caloocan.

Responsibilities

• Process Improvement & Operational Analytics: Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and operational analytics.
• Support process improvement initiatives and monitor implementation.
• Monitor turnaround times, operational compliance, and service-level performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring operational issues.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Analyze key operational areas such as procurement, fleet, warehouse, assets, facilities, and approval workflows.
• Laravel System Analytics & Business Process Integration: Translate business processes into system requirements with IT.
• Design data structures, reporting logic, and analytics requirements for Laravel and ERP modules.
• Validate data accuracy and consistency within business systems.
• Assist in testing and validating Laravel modules and system functionalities.
• Recommend system enhancements based on operational data and analytics.
• Develop KPI tracking standards to ensure measurable processes.
• Support dashboard logic, workflow automation, and reporting modules.
• Dashboard & Business Intelligence Development: Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, Excel, and Laravel-based analytics tools.
• Create visualizations and reports for management and executive reporting.
• Develop operational scorecards and KPI monitoring tools.
• Monitor and analyze departmental KPIs and performance.
• Track metrics such as PR-to-PO turnaround time, supplier lead times, fleet downtime, asset utilization, and warehouse dispatch efficiency.
• Data Governance & Compliance: Ensure accuracy and consistency of operational data.
• Standardize data collection, reporting, and documentation processes.
• Monitor data consistency across systems and platforms.
• Maintain analytics, process, and reporting documentation.
• Support audit and compliance requirements.
• Recommend and implement data governance standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

2. Laravel System Analytics & Business Process Integration

• Work closely with Laravel developers and the IT team to translate business processes into system requirements.

• Design data structures, reporting logic, and analytics requirements for Laravel and ERP modules.

• Validate data accuracy and consistency within business systems.

• Assist in testing and validating Laravel modules and system functionalities.

• Recommend system enhancements based on operational data and analytics.

• Develop KPI tracking standards to ensure processes are measurable and reportable.

• Support dashboard logic, workflow automation, approval analytics, notification triggers, reporting modules, audit trail analysis, and data validation.

3. Dashboard & Business Intelligence Development

• Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, Excel, and Laravel-based analytics tools.

• Create visualizations and reports for management and executive reporting.

• Develop operational scorecards and KPI monitoring tools.

• Monitor and analyze departmental KPIs and operational performance.

• Track key metrics such as PR-to-PO turnaround time, supplier lead times, fleet downtime, asset utilization, warehouse dispatch efficiency, and maintenance SLA compliance.

4. Data Governance & Compliance

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of operational data.

• Standardize data collection, reporting, and documentation processes.

• Monitor data consistency across different systems and platforms.

• Maintain analytics, process, and reporting documentation.

• Support audit and compliance requirements.

• Recommend and implement appropriate data governance standards.
