Job summary

AvantePH in the Philippines seeks an IT Specialist with strong Odoo ERP experience to manage, customize, and support our ERP system for restaurant operations.

You will implement and configure modules (POS, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting), tailor workflows, train users, and coordinate with external partners while ensuring data integrity and system performance across multiple stores.

This on-site role in Tondo offers a salary range of PHP 30,000–40,000 per month depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience with Odoo ERP (implementation, support, or customization).
• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules: POS, Purchase, Accounting (preferred).
• Experience in food, restaurant, retail, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Python, XML, and PostgreSQL is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site in Tondo, Manila and support multiple store locations.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
