Job summary

SFA Semicon Philippines Corporation is hiring an ERP Specialist to lead end-to-end ERP implementation, configuration, and integration for seamless data flows. You will provide technical support, resolve user errors, and perform data auditing to remove bottlenecks.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in CS/IT and 2–3 years of hands-on ERP experience, with strong data modeling, DB migrations, and coding skills in C# and Python. Based in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in ERP implementation, customization, or maintenance (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Infor).
• Expertise in data modeling, schema changes, and live DB migrations.

Job description

As an ERP Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and integration of the company’s in-house ERP software and its connected applications to ensure seamless data flows and automated workflows. . In this role, you will also provide technical support, resolve user errors, and perform data auditing to eliminate operational bottlenecks.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience implementing, customizing, or maintaining major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or Infor).
• Expertise in data modeling, schema modification, and managing complex database migrations for live production systems.
• Knowledgeable in Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio(SSMS) or any Database IDE.
• Able to create, design, develop, and deploy C# and Python system/programs, using IT Methodologies for management.
• Database management, SQL, API integration, and system configuration
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot created/existing programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Provide technical support either by phone call, PC remote access or visit as needed.
• Must be willing to work in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
