Job summary

Firefly Electric & Lighting Corporation in Calumpit, Bulacan, is seeking an IT Specialist to keep our IT infrastructure reliable, secure, and efficient onsite. You will support networks, CCTV, desktops, laptops, printers, and software, with preventive maintenance and timely troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

You will install, configure, and monitor network devices and end-user systems while assisting users and manufacturing operations to sustain productivity and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of IT support, infrastructure management, or related technical roles (IT Infrastructure & Hardware Support, Network Administration, CCTV & Security Systems, System Administration)
• Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV systems, networks, and business software applications is preferred; manufacturing exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages, maintains, and provides technical support for the company’s IT infrastructure, including network systems, CCTV surveillance systems, desktops, laptops, printers, software applications, and other IT equipment.
• Performs installation, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and preventive maintenance of network devices, CCTV systems, and end-user devices to ensure secure, reliable, and continuous operations.
• Provides technical assistance to users and support manufacturing and business systems to maintain operational efficiency.

About The Role

Location: Calumpit, Bulacan

Reporting to: Maintenance Supervisor

Work Schedule: 5-day work week (onsite)

As an IT Specialist, you will ensure the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of the company’s IT infrastructure, including network systems, CCTV, desktops, laptops, printers, and software applications. The role provides timely troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and technical support to minimize downtime and support smooth manufacturing and business operations.
