Job summary

Royu Industrial Corporation, through its Royu division, seeks an IT Specialist to ensure reliable, secure IT infrastructure supporting manufacturing operations in Calumpit, Bulacan. You will manage networks, CCTV, desktops, laptops, printers, and software, providing timely troubleshooting and preventive maintenance onsite.

The role reports to Maintenance Supervisor, with a 5-day onsite workweek and requires a IT degree with 2–4 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant IT experience in support, infrastructure, or related roles.
• Experience with desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, networks, and business software is preferred.
• Manufacturing/warehouse/ops environment experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manages and provides technical support for IT infrastructure including network systems, CCTV, desktops, laptops, printers, and software.
• Performs installation, configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and preventive maintenance of network devices, CCTV, and end-user devices.
• Provides user support to maintain operational efficiency in manufacturing and business systems.
