Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong computer troubleshooting and IT support skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, and network-related issues.
• Manage office network, routers, switches, Wi‑Fi, and IP configurations.
• Assist in server configuration, maintenance, backup, and basic security.
• Manage company email accounts, user access, and permissions.
• Provide IT support to office personnel and project sites when required.
• Monitor and troubleshoot CCTV and other IT‑related systems.
• Manage and assist in the implementation of Google Ads / Google Marketing campaigns.
• Create, monitor, and optimize online advertising campaigns based on company marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
