Sinobest Refrigeration Inc. is seeking an IT Specialist to handle both IT technical support and digital marketing duties. The role covers maintaining computers and networks, configuring Windows systems, and supporting Google Ads campaigns.

The candidate should have IT/computer-related education and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Multimedia Arts, Digital Marketing, or a related course.
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong computer troubleshooting and IT support skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software applications.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, and network-related issues.
Manage office network, routers, switches, Wi‑Fi, and IP configurations.
Assist in server configuration, maintenance, backup, and basic security.
Manage company email accounts, user access, and permissions.
Provide IT support to office personnel and project sites when required.
Monitor and troubleshoot CCTV and other IT‑related systems.
Manage and assist in the implementation of Google Ads / Google Marketing campaigns.
Create, monitor, and optimize online advertising campaigns based on company marketing objectives.
