PSG Global Solutions, INC is seeking an experienced IT Sourcing Specialist to map technical talent and navigate complex IT markets.

You will build talent pipelines for software developers, cloud engineers, and frontend/backend engineers using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools, while collaborating with US recruitment teams.

Hybrid setup with 3x weekly onsite across Ayala Avenue Makati and nearby offices; competitive salary package and HMO coverage.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT sourcing experience
• Advanced Boolean search and talent research experience
• Experience evaluating technical resumes beyond keyword matching

Responsibilities

• Source qualified IT professionals through job boards, talent databases, GitHub, and other sourcing platforms.
• Develop advanced Boolean search strings and targeted strategies for specialized technical positions.
• Build talent pipelines for software developers, cloud engineers, and frontend/backend/full‑stack engineers.
• Analyze technical resumes to identify experience, tech stacks, languages, and practical expertise.
• Distinguish candidates with demonstrated hands‑on experience from resumes that rely on keywords.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research for hard‑to‑fill IT requisitions.
• Partner with U.S. recruitment teams to align requirements and profiles.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline updates in ATS.
• Present qualified profiles and sourcing insights to recruiters for evaluation.
• Meet sourcing productivity, candidate quality, and turnaround targets.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Sourcing Specialist with a strategic approach to technical talent mapping and the ability to navigate complex IT talent markets.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical sourcing background, advanced Boolean search skills, and the ability to distinguish genuinely qualified IT professionals from candidates whose resumes simply list multiple technologies without demonstrating relevant hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified IT professionals through job boards, talent databases, GitHub, and other sourcing platforms.
• Develop advanced Boolean search strings and targeted strategies for specialized technical positions.
• Build talent pipelines for software developers, application developers, cloud architects, and frontend, backend, and full-stack engineers.
• Analyze technical resumes to identify relevant experience, technology stacks, programming languages, frameworks, and practical expertise.
• Distinguish candidates with demonstrated technical capabilities from those whose resumes rely primarily on technology keywords.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research for challenging and hard-to-fill IT requisitions.
• Partner with U.S. recruitment teams to clarify technical requirements, sourcing priorities, and candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, sourcing activities, and pipeline updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Present qualified candidate profiles and sourcing insights to recruiters for further evaluation.
• Meet established sourcing productivity, candidate quality, and turnaround-time targets.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of dedicated IT sourcing experience, preferably supporting the U.S. recruitment market.
• Extensive hands-on sourcing experience across diverse technical and software development roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Boolean search, search string development, and technical talent research.
• Proven ability to source candidates for complex, specialized, and hard-to-fill IT requisitions.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, frameworks, cloud technologies, and software development environments.
• Ability to critically evaluate technical resumes and identify relevant hands‑on experience beyond keyword matching.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS platforms, and other technical sourcing tools.
• Strong written English communication and candidate research skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.

Work Set Up: Hybrid - 3x a week onsite (Ayala Avenue, Makati; SM North EDSA; EXXA Tower, Bridgetowne; Alabang)
