Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, LLC is seeking an IT Recruiter to connect top technical professionals with career opportunities. You will manage the recruitment lifecycle, source candidates, and screen for technical fit while collaborating with hiring managers.

The role supports a hybrid setup with a 3-days-onsite pattern in Makati areas and adjacent offices, offering a competitive salary with incentives. Prior offshore recruitment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in IT or technical recruitment; offshore recruitment experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with technical roles, including software developers, infrastructure, IT support, and other professional positions.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong candidate assessment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and role suitability.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, priorities, and candidate expectations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future technical hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication throughout the candidate journey.
