Job summary

Henkel Asia Pacific Service Centre in Philippines is seeking an experienced IT/AV professional to lead the design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of enterprise audio-visual and collaboration solutions. You will work across global teams to implement robust meeting room systems and UC platforms.

The role requires 9+ years in AV/UC, IT infrastructure, and strong ITIL-based vendor and incident management, with a mid-shift hybrid schedule (1:00 PM–10:00 PM PH time) and three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of nine (9) years of relevant professional experience in Audio Visual (AV), Unified Communications (UC), Collaboration Technologies, IT Infrastructure, or related technology fields
• Strong hands‑on experience with enterprise audio and collaboration technologies, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Collaboration, and meeting room solutions
• Solid technical knowledge of audio systems, including DSPs, microphones, speakers, conferencing systems, and related technologies
• Experience designing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving enterprise AV and collaboration solutions in a global environment
• Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management processes and experience managing vendors, service providers, incidents, and complex technical escalations
• Strong consulting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions
• Amenable to work on a mid‑shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) PH time on a hybrid work set‑up, with three (3) days in the office
