Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an IT Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and manage core business systems. You will lead development, ensure production excellence, and fix production bugs within SLA.

You will collaborate with analysts, data engineers, QA, DevOps, and other IT teams in a fast-paced, agile environment. The role requires 7+ years in a full stack capacity, senior-level Java/Spring skills, Angular expertise, and strong architecture know-how.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in a Full Stack Developer role.
• Experience working in financial business is a plus.
• Senior level knowledge in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven, REST API, Kafka streaming, Docker, can work without guidance.
• Senior level knowledge in Web Programming (Angular), can work without guidance.
• Strong in technical design of the end-to-end solution across different teams.

• Maintenance of deployed applications according to necessary changes
• Preparation of development documentation, engagement in operation manuals and training materials
• Perform software techniques such as test driven development

As a member of team, the IT Senior Full Stack Developer's role is to research, plan, design, develop, launch and/or manage efficient business, financial, and/or operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. responsible for production excellence of the solution and fixing production bugs within SLA.

What you need to have

• Minimum 7+ years' experience in a Full Stack Developer role.
• Experience working in financial business is a plus
• Senior level knowledge in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Maven, REST API, Kafka streaming, Docker, can work without guidance.
• Senior level knowledge in Web Programming (Angular), can work without guidance.
• Strong in technical design of the end-to-end solution across different teams.
• Strong in microservice architecture and application architecture
• Working knowledge of database design and SQL (preferably Oracle)
• Working knowledge of Gitlab
• Working knowledge of basic security and networking
• Basic knowledge of Python
• Actively using UML diagrams, flowcharts, process maps, etc.)
• Ability to write in both technical and user-friendly language.
• Working proficiency in Programming Aptitude (language independent)
• Working knowledge in spring framework and spring boots
• Working knowledge Shell (Linux/Windows)
• Familiarity in UI/UX is a plus
• Familiarity in Build tools (e.g., Composer/NPM, Webpack)
• Familiarity in Specialized framework (e.g., Laravel/Vue.js)
• Familiarity in RESTful API
• Familiarity in Reactive programming, Asynchronous, Prototyping (proof of concept)
• Familiarity with Git/Version Control/Repository
