Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an IT Senior Business Analyst to collaborate with business stakeholders, translate requirements into technical specifications, and guide the development team through agile projects. You will analyze workflows, create user stories, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic roadmap.

You will work with UX designers and developers to design functionality, document non-functional requirements, and model business processes.

Qualifications

• 7 years minimum professional experience with IT implementation projects and business analysis.
• Experience working as a business analyst in an agile environment.
• Experience in Solutions Designing.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, UML (use case, BPMN, sequence model, data modelling).
• Familiarity with Software design patterns, SOA, SaaS.
• Proficiency in analysis and modeling tools.

• Elicits, formalizes, validates functional and non-functional requirements and document them as user stories or other relevant artifacts
• Takes part in designing functionality together with the UX Designer and/or development team.
• Construct workflows, business models, and sequence diagrams
• Collaborates with the development team on a regular basis and provide timely support and general guidance on requirements, roadmap, and stakeholder priorities

The IT Senior Business Analyst works closely with business stakeholders to gain in-depth of the company’s overall strategy, processes, services, and roadmap to be able to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, mitigate and address operational, financial, and technological risks. He plays a key role in initiatives that directly impact and address business strategies, ensuring that desired outcomes are achieved in a timely manner.
