Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking a skilled Business Analyst in Manila to translate business needs into technical specifications, elicit and validate requirements, and document them as user stories. You will collaborate with developers and UX designers, model processes, and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Ideal candidates have IT implementation project experience, strong documentation skills, and familiarity with JIRA/Confluence. Hybrid work setup and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum professional experience with IT implementation projects and business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Understand and obtain in-depth knowledge of assigned system.
• Translate business requirements into sustainable technical specifications.
• Elicits, formalizes, validates functional and non-functional requirements and documents them as user stories or other artifacts.
• Construct workflows and business process models.
• Collaborate with the development team on a regular basis and provide timely support and guidance on requirements, roadmap, and stakeholder priorities.
• Take part in designing functionality together with the UX designer and/or development team.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations.
• Create quality documentation.
• Lead discovery phase of low impact initiatives such as BAU requirements of small requirements to an already signed off design.

What you will do

• Construct workflows and business process models
• Collaborate with the development team on a regular basis and provide timely support and general guidance on requirements, roadmap, and stakeholder priorities
• Take part in designing functionality together with the UX designer and/or development team
• Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for improvement (e.g. identifying areas of poor performance and making recommendations for improvement)
• Create quality documentation.
• Lead discovery phase of low impact initiatives such as BAU requirements of small requirements to an already signed off design.

What you need to have

• 3 years minimum professional experience with IT implementation projects and business analysis

• Post graduate diploma in courses related to IT/ Business Analysis / Process Engineering
• CBAP/IIBA Certification
