The IT & Security Manager will lead, mentor, and develop the IT and security team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The role includes setting performance goals, conducting regular reviews, and supporting team capability development.
The role oversees the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems including networks, servers, endpoints, and business applications. The successful candidate will ensure systems are secure, scalable, and reliable, while managing updates, patches, and operational support to minimize downtime and disruptions. The role ensures compliance with relevant IT policies, industry standards, and data protection regulations. This includes maintaining documentation of security controls, audit results, and corrective actions, as well as supporting internal and external audits to ensure regulatory adherence.
The IT & Security Manager will act as a strategic partner to business teams, ensuring IT capabilities align with operational needs and organizational goals. This includes supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, managing access provisioning, and coordinating with HR and other departments to ensure secure and efficient system access and transitions.
